They recognize that readiness is not defined by how quickly teams move but by how coherently they move together. They invest in alignment before acceleration because they know that misaligned speed compounds risk.

AI transformation will demand movement. But leadership must determine the rhythm. Without alignment, speed becomes noise. With alignment, speed becomes a strategy.
